A guide for mentors/trainers/HR of companies on professional skills development. This Guide contains theory and exercises adapted to Gen Z & Y needs.
The material focuses explicitly on the young employees in order for them to achieve excellence and accomplishment in their job. It includes relevant psycho-socio-economic considerations as well as best practices and exercises. The Guide contains chapters on problem solving, communication, time management, decision making and resilience. Some of the exercises also have environmental protection and green topics.
An eye-catching, easy-to use diagnostic tool for mentors. This material informs and warns about the most common mental health problems in the workplace among youth, highlighting signs and triggers.
This deck of cards is developed for the mentors, to help them start an introductory conversation with the mentees. The cards can be used for free associations to reveal how the young employee feels at work. They can pick the card(s) that best symbolizes their mental state at work.
This Mind-balance kit for Gen Y & Z employees is a material on sustainable and mindful self-management in a workbook style. Through the kit, young employees can learn practical tips and hands-on techniques (e.g. mindfulness, positive psychology, resilience, job crafting), and they will be encouraged to reflect on their work-life.
The objective is to help them reach long-term job satisfaction and enable them to contribute proactively to the economy and society. These can manifest at organizational/societal level in better communication and cooperation, reduced stress, higher creativity, proactivity, tolerance, and willingness to take responsibility. The kit has a specific focus on burnout and depression, as these are the most common mental problems related to work among youth.
