A gyakorlatokat r\u00c3\u00a9szben a mentor\u00c3\u00a1ltakkal n\u00c3\u00a9gyszemk\u00c3\u00b6zt, r\u00c3\u00a9szben pedig t\u00c3\u00b6bb mentor\u00c3\u00a1lttal egy\u00c3\u00bctt v\u00c3\u00a9gzett csoportos tev\u00c3\u00a9kenys\u00c3\u00a9gek keret\u00c3\u00a9ben lehet v\u00c3\u00a9grehajtani. Olyanok is vannak k\u00c3\u00b6zt\u00c3\u00bck, melyeket t\u00c3\u00b6bbsz\u00c3\u00b6r v\u00c3\u00a9grehajtva ellen\u00c5\u2018rizhetj\u00c3\u00bck a mentor\u00c3\u00a1ltak fejl\u00c5\u2018d\u00c3\u00a9s\u00c3\u00a9t. A PROUD projektben l\u00c3\u00a9trehozott egy\u00c3\u00a9b hasznos eszk\u00c3\u00b6z\u00c3\u00b6k a \u00e2\u20ac\u017eA munkahelyi ment\u00c3\u00a1lis j\u00c3\u00b3ll\u00c3\u00a9t t\u00c3\u00a9rk\u00c3\u00a9pe&#8221; \u00c3\u00a9s az \u00e2\u20ac\u017eElme-egyens\u00c3\u00baly munkaf\u00c3\u00bczet&#8221;. A T\u00c3\u00a9rk\u00c3\u00a9p seg\u00c3\u00adts\u00c3\u00a9g\u00c3\u00a9vel a mentorok \u00c3\u00a9s a mentor\u00c3\u00a1ltak azonos\u00c3\u00adthatnak \/ megel\u00c5\u2018zhetnek \/ enyh\u00c3\u00adthetnek bizonyos munk\u00c3\u00a1val kapcsolatos pszichol\u00c3\u00b3giai probl\u00c3\u00a9m\u00c3\u00a1kat.
