A project that offers a complex and innovative mentorship program for young adults (Generation Y and Z), considering their specific needs and difficulties at work in the digital era and promoting their wellbeing and professional skills, adapted to Moodle and digital use.

Our goal

The goal of our project is to support the new generations in achieving sustainable work satisfaction and excellence by increasing professional efficiency, work-life sustainability, job related mental wellbeing and prevention, and reinforcing their resilience. Following a multidisciplinary approach, we are going to combine a youth-focused mentorship training with an essential work life skill-development program for young employees. 

Are you a mentor?

Have access to our Mentor’s guide (theory and exercises for professional skills development) and Map of mental welfare in the workplace (a tool to become aware of the most common mental health problems in the workplace) all focused on Gen Z & Y employees.

Are you a young employee trying to be more proactive and reduce stress?

Have access to our Mind-balance kit, a material on sustainable and mindful self-management in a workbook style, full of tips and techniques to manage burnout and depression.
